BLOWOUT: Trump Leads Bigly in new NYT/Sienna Poll

In today’s Monday Absurdities piece, I write about the state of panic now setting in among Democrats and their supporting media hacks like James Carville and CNN’s Fareed Zakaria. The people privy to inside campaign polling data have for a couple of weeks now been seeing numbers moving rapidly in favor of Trump, and those numbers are finally being rolled into the publicly available polls.

A great example released Sunday is the latest update to the New York Times/Sienna polling of 6 swing states: Nevada, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. This was the first national poll that began showing a clear Trump edge in what orginally were 7 swing states being tracked back in January, a lead that has ebbed and flowed since. With North Carolina no longer being in any real doubt as Trump leads by overwhelming numbers, the pollsters apparently decided to eliminate that state from the poll now.
