Citing 3 sources inside the White House, Mark Halperin reports on his Two-Way podcast this morning that National Security Advisor Mike Waltz and Deputy Advisor Alex Wong will soon be canned. Halperin says that the so-called Signalgate scandal is just one of a number of reasons why the firings will happen.
Per Halperin’s sources, there is what he calls a “general unhappiness” with the way Waltz and Wong have been managing the NSC apparatus. Complaints are supposedly coming in from several cabinet officials, including those at State, Treasury and the Pentagon.
