Rumors have circulated all week that former GOP Michigan congressman Mike Rogers is competing with Kash Patel to be Trump’s appointee to be FBI Director after he fires Christopher Wray come January. Those rumors derive from a Fox News story detailing Rogers’s visit to Mar-a-Lago on November 14 to meet with Trump, a topic I wrote about the following day.
