The US Supreme Court ruled unanimously today that no state has the right to deny ballot access to qualified candidates:
“We conclude that States may disqualify persons holding or attempting to hold state office. But States have no power under the Constitution to enforce Section 3 with respect to federal offices, especially the Presidency,” the Court ruled.
“the notion that the Constitution grants the States freer rein than Congress to decide how Section 3 should be enforced with respect to federal offices is simply implausible.”
This unanimous decision by the US Supreme Court overturns a decision by the all-Democrat Colorado Supreme Court to deny Donald Trump access to the state’s election ballot.
That is all.
Glory to God; I have been praying for SCOTUS to have courage to abide by the Constitution and not be intimidated by the mob.
Good news!
