Campaign Quickie: Another Day, Another GOP Betrayal
Last Friday, 70 GOP House members voted with Democrats to reward the FBI with a palatial new headquarters out in Maryland.
On Monday, 8 Republicans voted with all House Democrats to oppose mounting an impeachment of Alejandro Mayorkas:

As I wrote here last week, if Republicans had a lick of sense, they’d be going after Mayorkas rather than Biden. As the GOP staffer quoted by Bill Melugin above notes, this is the low-hanging fruit for the narrow Republican majority.
Yesterday’s vote by these 8 traitors shows just how worthless that majority really is.

This is reason enough, along with everything else the spineless Rs are not doing, to keep me ignoring the continued donation requests from the RNC and all their various offshoots. As someone once said, and I recall it every damn time I see this kind of traitorous behavior from the Rs, "its a big damn club and you ain't in it". So, why support them to only be slapped in the face by their inaction and obvious non-support of "We the People". If they were actually my employees, I'd fire almost every damn one of them a long time ago. Oh well, 80+ and my time is short so I'll shuffle along just being pissed and waiting for my ticket for this ride to expire. Golden years, phfffffft.
