Campaign Update: The Trouble With Thune
I was in a time crunch yesterday just trying to catch my breath when news broke that the Senate Republicans had chosen John Thune to be the new Senate Majority Leader when congress convenes in January. I wanted readers here to be aware of the development, but lacking the time to crank out 1,000 words about it, I simply wrote “Ugh” as a one-word comment.
