Friday's Festive Absurdities: Congress Leaves Zelenskyy Hanging as KJP Gaslights America Again
It seems the warmonger faction of both parties’ congressional caucuses might need to adjust their talking points a tad when they return from their latest holiday vacation. They’ve claimed for 22 months now that sending billions of debt-funded support to continue to fund the U.S./NATO proxy war with Russia in Ukraine is an existential necessity.
The trouble now, though, is that it can’t be an existential necessity if it can wait ‘til congress returns from a two-week Christmas vacay. Hell, the House is going to get 3 weeks, apparently. They fled D.C. last week after approving a bill they knew would fail in the Senate, and the Senate bugged out Thursday afternoon after doing, well, nothing.
Schumer, of course, blamed everything on the Republicans. Because of course he did.
