Here we see Frank Luntz, a “pollster” who used to pretend to be a Republican, going full-on MNSBC conspiracy theorist for a buck:
Yes, he’s on CNBC in that clip, but he sounds like no one more than lunatic conspiracy theorist Rachel Maddow. There is no evidence that any candidate has advance plans to dispute the outcome of their election as we sit here today, yet Luntz says he’s “scared” that could happen.
Naturally, Luntz and the others in this clip ignore the fact that Democrats have been denying election losses since the 2000 Bush/Gore outcome. We have hours of video clips flying around the Internet daily of people like Gore and Kerry and Hillary Clinton and a vast array of Democrats claiming the 2000, 2004 and 2016 elections were stolen.
Hillary Clinton still, 6 years later, refuses to concede she lost the 2016 election. Stacey Abrams turned denying her election loss in 2018 into a multi-million dollar cottage industry. More than 40 Democrat members of congress refused to attend Donald Trump’s inauguration speech in 2016, and many of them refused to vote to accept the electoral count when it was ratified by congress. The same thing happened in 2000 and 2004.
Here’s the truth: The Democrats haven’t accepted any loss in a presidential election since 1989, 33 years ago. That’s reality.
But when they do it, for-pay hacks like Frank Luntz don’t blink an eye. Democrat election deniers are fine in their view. Only when Republicans question vote-counting processes that are manifestly and unarguably at best insecure, and most likely utterly corrupt, does it matter to the similarly corrupt media.
Well, disputes about some election outcomes certainly could happen this year, especially if, in places like Philadelphia, Phoenix, Detroit, Milwaukee and Atlanta, we see the vote-counting shut down in unison at 3 in the morning on November 9 and, once it resumes, Democrats who were well behind suddenly surge into leads, as happened the morning after Election Day 2020.
It could happen if the vote “counting” lingers on for weeks for no valid reason at all and the counters come up with just enough votes for Democrat candidates at the end of the day to claim they “won.”
It could happen if Democrat election officials in cities like those listed above systematically exclude GOP poll watchers from actually watching the polls.
It could happen if we end up with more votes cast in some Democrat districts than there are registered voters on the voter rolls.
But, to cure “scared” hack operatives like Luntz’s fears, there are some very simple solutions to avoiding all of this:
Paper ballots and paper ballots only;
A truly transparent counting process in which watchers from both parties are welcome to participate;
Get all the votes counted within 24 hours, something that can and should happen in every location. I mean, hell, if it can happen in Palm Beach and Broward county, Florida, it can damn sure happen anywhere else;
Outlaw mass mail-in ballots;
In-person voting, with absentee voting strictly policed with mandatory proof of citizenship and ID and a valid reason why the individual cannot vote in person;
Outlaw ballot harvesting;
Mandatory voter ID.
It isn’t complicated.
It is simply unarguable that every liberalization of the voting and vote-counting process enacted by Democrats and stupid, compliant, virtue-signaling Republicans over the last half-century has been implemented for the express purpose of helping Democrat candidates steal votes and elections. Every one of them. There are no exceptions.
If you want to avoid any controversy about free and fair elections, the solution is quite simple: Go back to holding free and fair elections.
This is not hard.
Let’s move on…
And now, for a relaxing, calming break from my daily diatribe, I give you the season premier of Dancing With the Sharks:
This sequel to Jaws won’t be nearly as much fun.
Back to politics, here is how presidential spokesmuppet Karine Jean Pierre closed out yesterday’s press briefing circus:
I would say she’s just having a bad day, but then I realize that that’s every day in the life of KJP.
Today’s GREAT NEWS from Elon Musk makes my heart flutter with joy:
Oh, this is so. damn. awesome. Here’s an excerpt:
Twitter employees took to the social media site they fear they will be laid off from Thursday night after documents emerged showing that Elon Musk plans to cut the workforce by 75 percent.
Corporate documents obtained by the Washington Post reveal that the billionaire told prospective investors in his $44 billion deal to buy the social media giant that he plans to get rid of three-quarters of its 7,500 workers.
That would leave the company with just a skeleton crew of just over 2,000 employees, which experts say would make it difficult for the social media company to tamp down on what it deems to be 'misinformation.'
Now, a number of employees are expressing their fears they may be one of the more than 5,000 workers laid off from the company when Musk, 51, takes over.
Gene Ross, a staff designer for the social media giant, took to the site Thursday night to ask if anyone is 'looking for a below average generalist,' while Patrick Czapla, a product manager, asked if they will 'all go off and start New Twitter together.'
Parker Lyons, a senior financial analyst at Twitter, also tweeted a series of memes upon hearing the news, including a tweet reading, 'When you realize you are the 75%' with a clip of Magic Johnson shaking his head and saying 'I'm not gonna be here.'
He also tweeted a picture of NBA star Russell Westbrook earning 136 points, 112 rebounds and 118 assists in a single game, captioned: 'The remaining 1,900 employees.'
[End]
All I want to know about this from Mr. Musk is, where do I go to sign up to help?
I work cheap these days, Elon. Hell, to assist in this noble effort of ridding the world of the sub-human pestilence who have been running Twitter, I WILL WORK FOR FREE. And donuts. And copious volumes of coffee and Diet Coke. And maybe a little Tito’s and Topo Chico at the end of the day.
That’s all I ask. Call me, Elon - my number today is 1-800-FIRE-THEM-ALL.
That is all.
Frank Luntz aka Kevin MacArthy’s roommate? One of the few personnel decisions Trump got right by rejecting Luntz’s offer to be on his team. The best proof that the election was stolen from Trump is the DOJ criminalizing talking or trying to do anything about it. As for Twitter, Trump should have done the same thing with the massive and in many areas redundant federal workforce!
I like Elon’s 75% cut at Twitter!
