Is Biden About to Attract Another Familiar Primary Challenger?

I realize that everyone is talking today about Donald Trump’s townhall on CNN or the pending catastrophe at the border, but you have plenty of other places to go for that stuff.

I’m actually more interested in this item that popped up on Axios this morning:

That’s right: West Virginia Democrat Senator Joe Manchin, or Captain Cave-in as I like to call him, is tossing out signals that he’s considering a run for the presidency, even as it seems less and less likely he can hope to be re-elected to his senate seat next year by West Virginia voters.
