Just One More Day
One more day. Just one more day, and this long national nightmare comes to an end. Just one more day until the Pretend, illegitimate POTUS and his evil minions go away for good. Or, for at least four years.
In this destructive, illegitimate presidency’s place will be a real, functioning human being who legitimately won the 2024 election and congressional majorities to go with it despite the clear efforts by the Democrats to steal it. A real President who will run a real administration.
Yes, one poll this past week showed roughly half the federal bureaucrats currently taking down undeservedly high salaries plan to become part of the resistance inside the second Trump government. Fine. That just serves as a great starting point for Elon and Vivek and their DOGE operation to compile a list of targets to fire.
After all, you could easily cut half the federal bureaucrats today and nobody outside the DC Swamp and surrounding suburbs would notice. Hell, Elon cut 80% of Twitter’s staff 2 years ago and things improved dramatically.
The only people who would notice would be the realtors, who would have to take on the challenge of attempting to sell a shit ton of new, highly overpriced homes to unsuspecting suckers in a suddenly depressed buyer’s market.
And yes, Old Joe the Sock Puppet’s evil minions have instructed their elderly, demented ward to lay all sorts of land mines they hope will impede Trump’s ability to govern in the first part of his administration. Those efforts will fail, because Trump’s team is different this time. It is a team made up of strong-willed men and women with a bias for action and who are fully on board with the program, not a collection of mediocrities who don’t know how to govern combined with a bunch of generals whose loyalties lie more to NATO and the UN and DEI indoctrination than to the United States of America.
