After today, the political world could well be done with anyone whose last name is Cheney. Dick Cheney, the former vice president who was the driving force behind involving the United States in not one, but two “forever wars” in the Middle East, provided us a final dark gasp with his campaign ad on behalf of his turncoat RINO/Democrat daughter Liz early in August.
Liz Cheney, San Fran Nan’s most loyal fake Republican compatriot on her Soviet-style Jan. 6 committee’s de facto 3rd impeachment effort targeting Donald Trump, faces her own political death today at the hands of Wyoming Republican voters - which is to say, roughly 75% of the Wyoming electorate - in the Republican primary.
Her prospects are, to put it mildly, quite dim, bordering on the impossible. Polls show her losing by about 25% to leading candidate Harriett Hageman, who was endorsed by Donald Trump. The handful of Democrats in the state have urged their voters to switch parties and vote for Cheney in the GOP contest, but the Republican voter registration advantage in the state is so huge that even if every Democrat in Jackson Hole decided to do that, the RINO embarrassment would still go down in flames.
