Monday's Marvelous Absurdities: Eccentric's New Meaning

“Hey, babe: Wanna go to the theater and get a little eccentric and animated with me?” seems likely to become the new pickup line of the day up in Denver thanks to Republican congresswoman Lauren Boebert.

For those who have been sleeping under a rock the past few days, the congresswoman was caught by security cameras during a performance of the Broadway play “Beetlejuice” last week, going to what used to be called “second base” with her date in a darkened Denver theater. I won’t show the video here since it’s a bit lewd and we’re running a family operation, but let’s just say the dude was getting a bit handsy, and so was she, if you know what I mean and I think you do.
