Monday's Mindboggling Absurdities: Biden Channels Agnew, Fauci's Lies Exposed
In a Sunday interview with this Muir guy on ABC, Old Joe the Sock Puppet appeared to be channeling Spiro Agnew instead of his evil, elder-abusing handlers in explaining his poor standing with the American public:
"4 in 10 Americans say they’re worse off than when you were elected — only 16% said they're better off. Why?"
BIDEN: "You make the ne — I mean you interview for the news. Can you think of anything turn on the television and go, 'God, that makes me feel good?'"
It’s the “nattering nabobs of negativism” canard all over again. Somewhere in heaven, the great columnist William Safire, who wrote that line for Agnew, is chuckling at the irony.
