Saturday Situation Report: Donald Trump is Not and Never Has Been an Isolationist

Several positive developments to note this morning about the question of U.S. involvement in the conflict between Israel and Iran.

First, there is President Donald Trump’s statement to reporters Friday afternoon that he has no interest in letting the Europeans influence his decision making or becoming involved in any peace negotiations.

Reporter: Did the Europeans help at all, talking with the Iranians in Geneva?

Trump: Nah, they didn’t help. Iran doesn’t want to speak to Europe. They want to speak to us. Europe is not going to be able to help.

As much as these Democrat toady reporters would no doubt be comforted by having some French surrender monkeys or Belgian globalist cheese eaters handling the situation, all they would really do is gum up the works and create another disastrous scenario.
