After this week filled with Trump nominees for cabinet and senior advisory positions, I’m starting to wonder if Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy are going to have anything to do after all the voluntary resignations happen in January.

• Hundreds of Defense Department employees say they will quit if Pete Hegseth becomes Defense Secretary;

• Hundreds of Dept. of Justice employees threaten to resign if Matt Gaetz becomes Attorney General;

• Hundreds of intel community employees threaten to quit if Tulsi Gabbard becomes Director of National Intelligence;

• Hundreds of CIA employees plan to quit if John Ratcliffe is confirmed as CIA Director;

• Thousands of employees at HHS are going to move on if Kristi Noem becomes Secretary of Homeland Security;

Ok, Musk and Vivek will still have plenty to do, but this is at least what we can call a good start, right?
