Sunday's Absurdity: Alec Baldwin Channels O.J. Simpson's Search for the Real Killers, With a Nod to Hillary Clinton
Oh, hey, guess what? Despite the fact that it was subpoenaed by New Mexico law enforcement authorities last Fall, fading c-list actor and infamous gunman of the stage and screen Alec Baldwin has still not turned over his IPhone for inspection to them. This of course is in the case in which Baldwin undeniably shot - whether accidentally or not - two people, killing one, on the set of a planned new movie called “Rust” being filmed in a rural part of the Sunshine State.
The woman who died, Halyna Hutchins, on October 21, was a wife and mother of a young son, and reportedly an accomplished and respected cinematographer. Reports from that day indicated that Baldwin, perhaps playfully, perhaps accidentally, aimed the gun at her and fired, and that the bullet traversed Hutchins’s body and also wounded a second person who was later released from the hospital.
One little-reported story from another crew member who was on the set at the time, released in December, indicated that Hutchins was no more than 18 inches away from Baldwin when he fired the gun. Special effects coordinator Thomas Gandy said, “Halyna was telling Alec she wanted to see his thumb working the hammer back to do the shot,” Gandy said on The Deadly Take, according to Yahoo News. She stood only approximately 18 inches away from the firearm, Gandy said.
That story appeared after Baldwin had ludicrously claimed “I didn’t pull the trigger” during an ill-advised interview with ABC News on December 1. The gun in question - which the utterly corrupt news media rushed to pretend was “just a prop gun” immediately after the shooting took place - was in fact a vintage Colt .45 Peacemaker pistol. It is a gun that will not fire itself. It does not happen. This is a gun that is fired by first manually pulling back the hammer to a locked position and then and only then pulling the trigger.
The trigger did not pull itself. Even if it somehow could have done so, that would not excuse the actor himself failing to first inspect the ammunition it had been loaded with.
Anyway, Baldwin’s absurd defense narrative has now been spiraling down the old commode for several months now, and his mental state, which has always been pretty obviously suspect, appears to be spiraling down along with it. Thus, we arrived at the point on Saturday that the actor released the video below in which he appears to be channeling O.J. Simpson and his desperate “search for the real killer” of Nicole Simpson and Ronald Goldman.
And you will never guess who he raises as the “real” culprit in his own case. Ok, maybe you will, because if you understand who Alec Baldwin truly is, it might even be your first assumption.
Take a look as a man embarks on the final left turn to true madness:
“The best way we can honor Hylena Hutchins is to find out the truth.” Wow.
Um…you are literally the guy who had the gun in your hand when you shot her. You know the truth, dude: It’s riding in your car.
“And any suggestion that we’re not complying, myself and any lawyers I’m working with or what have you is a lie. That’s a lie. We’re going to as, as soon as we go through this process [Here trying to somehow excuse himself for NOT complying with the subpoena for his IPhone] then by all means we will comply.
“But, but I have no worries about that. [ummmm…then why not comply?] I have no worries about that. That’s all going to work itself out. [Ok, then, if you have no worries, why not comply?]
But now, self-justification having been firmly established, Baldwin gets to the O.J. Simpson part of finding the real leftist-style boogeyman that is really responsible here:
“Regardless of what they say in these right-wing rag sheets, and people who are all about hate.”
And there you have it. This is, you see, all a vast right-wing conspiracy. Hey, maybe he’s channeling Hillary Clinton along with O.J.!
But wait, there’s more!
“um, but setting aside all the hate. Setting aside all the Jan. 6 of it all, there it is.”
Wait, what? Is Alec Baldwin really, truly trying to blame his own unargued killing of this young mother on last year’s Capitol Riot? Seriously????
Madness. Even more insane than most on the radical political left, which is saying an awful lot. This is the rant of a man feeling incredible guilt. It is an utter travesty that he is trolling the streets of New York, free to mount probably the very IPhone that has been subpoenaed on the dash of his car and record this video.
If this were, say, Bruce Willis or one of the other handful of conservative actors working in Hollywood, the FBI would have knocked down the door of his home and had 50 storm troopers ransack his home months ago.
But Alec Baldwin is a big contributor to the Democrat Party and its candidates, which makes him a part of America’s protected class. Thus, the O.J.-style “hunt for the real killer” is on.
You just cannot make this stuff up, folks. You simply can’t. Don’t even try.

I've been married to the same woman for 27 years. She cooks for me, she hands me pills that I need to take. She and I sleep in the same bed. I trust her with my life. That being said, if I handed her a firearm that I knew was unloaded (because I cleared it), she looked at it, and handed it back to me, the VERY first thing I would do is check to see that it was unloaded.
Maybe he should honor Her and not her death?
