Nikki Haley managed to squeak out a 1 point victory in the communist state of Vermont on Super Tuesday, gaining 9 delegates in the process. That brings her total accumulated delegates in the nominating process to 89.
Donald Trump won 141 delegates in Texas alone and rang up wins in 20 states on Tuesday to bring his total delegate count to 1,057, just 158 away from the 1,215 needed to clinch the nomination.
