Regarding O'Donnell (sp?) to Ireland: "No backsies!"
Pipeline in NE. While in the House Markie did everything he could to kill nuclear plants and oppose new ones because there's a LNG import terminal in his then-district. Every one he killed was another .5 - 1.0 billion dollars per year in gas sales. I doubt his behavior has changed as a senator. He will surely do everything in his power to oppose a pipeline that bypasses his LNG terminal(s).
