Tapper and Thompson's 'Original Sin' is Exactly What You Would Expect it to Be

As promised, I bought a copy of the new book from Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson, “Original Sin,” on Tuesday and spent the rest of the week consuming its contents.

The book is very readable - fast-paced, wide ranging, written in more of a novel style than of a documentary. It moves quickly from topic to topic but includes a good deal of real information and insights into the inner machinations of both the Biden White House and the Biden and Harris campaigns. It breaks some interesting news that could land some senior Biden officials in real hot water, as it should.

All that having been said, the cautionary warning about “Original Sin” is that it is exactly the book we should have expected from Tapper and Thompson. This is, at the end of the day, a book written by two elitist liberal authors targeting an elitist liberal audience.
