The Campaign Update: Desperate Dems Call In the Wrong Big Guns to Bully Joe Manchin

You seriously just could never make this stuff up, folks. Every passing day presents us with a cornucopia of absurdities so bountiful that it is often near-impossible to choose among them. Yesterday was no exception to that rule.

The Dems on Capitol Hill and in the White House are desperate now, panicked with the knowledge that they lack the votes to pass any of their radical, nakedly communist legislative priorities. They are short of the votes needed to pack the supreme court; short of the votes for their “voting rights” bill that would institutionalize mass voter fraud; short of the votes needed to ultimately pass their “Build Back Better” bill; and most importantly of all, short of the votes needed to pass a resolution to do away with the Senate filibuster rule.
