Vladimir Putin’s ‘minor incursion’ into Ukraine - pre-approved by Joe Biden himself - is now upon us. $100 oil will not be far behind.
It seems likely now that all you need to know about how things are going to go in Ukraine comes from a sequence of events that took place Monday afternoon.

That’s right: The Russian Army is now embarked on a “peace-keeping mission” in the Eastern Ukraine regions of Donetsk and Luhansk. Here’s a map to give you some perspective:
These two regions are populated mainly by people of Russian descent, many of whom are loyal to their families’ mother land. In that, they are much like Crimea, which Putin annexed the last time America had a weak president, Barack Hussein Obama. So, Putin’s rationalization for moving into these two additional areas is that “his” people have been under attack by the Ukraine government and its loyalists for many years, a rationalization that contains some element of truth, but not the whole truth.
