The Campaign Update: The Nation Reminds Us that Climate Activists Want to Make Us Poor
It requires paying close attention to the news, but every once in awhile those on the political left say the quiet part out loud. This has been happening with increasing frequency during 2021, as the Democrats and their media propaganda agents realize that they have succeeded in depressing a rising number of Americans to such an extent that they have completely tuned the news out. This reality is proven every week with the publication of declining audience ratings for television news programs.
On Christmas Day, the leftist radicals at The Nation did this yet again with the publication of a story titled “Averting Climate Catastrophe Will Be Staggeringly Expensive.” Penned by someone named David Bromwich, a professor of literature at Yale whose expertise on climate change appears to be non-existent, the story’s theme is that, to properly address the nebulous “climate change” we are all going to have to go back to living a 16th century lifestyle.
