The Campaign Update: These Are Not Your Father's Democrats

Let’s start with this little smidgen of optimism for Trump supporters:

Now, those betting odds change every minute, and they will keep changing every minute for the next 11 months. What the odds reflect is that a significant plurality of the bets coming in on the presidential race are betting Trump will win.

So, what does it mean? This far in advance of Election Day 2024, really not much other than that the Democrats have a ton of work to do if they wish to win this election legitimately.

But of course, today’s Democrats don’t care how they win, just as long as the ultimate vote counts enable them to obtain and maintain power. That’s all it’s about for them, and the ends justify whatever means they must employ to achieve them as we witnessed so clearly in 2020.
