There has been much talk in the corrupt news media recently about President Trump’s influence supposedly waning in the Republican Party. As Ron DeSantis continues to raise his national profile in Florida, and other ambitious Rs like Greg Abbott and Nikki Haley struggle to gain traction, the conventional wisdom has been that Trump would struggle to maintain his traction with GOP voters.
That all may or may not eventually happen, but results in GOP primaries held on Tuesday in the states of Ohio and Indiana prove that all the media wishful thinking in the world can’t change the fact that Trump remains the prevailing power among the GOP faithful.
