The Ultimate Sellout: 70 Republicans Join With Dems to Fund the FBI's New Palacial Digs

Honestly, the GOP might as well be dead to me after this. After looking on for 15 years in which the FBI has been weaponized against their own party and its supporters, 70 House Republicans joined their Democrat friends to authorize $375 million to fund the building of a magnificent new headquarters for the American Gestapo.

Here’s how Newsweek quotes Arkansas Rep. Steve Womack justifying his vote to feed the enemy of the people:

"We're not always gonna hate the FBI," he said. "I realize that there are people on my side of the aisle that don't like some of the activities of the FBI. I'm not gonna pick an argument on that. But what I will argue is that it is bad policy for the Congress to be taking steps to deny a federal agency that is in serious need, in my opinion, of an improvement in their headquarters."
