Thursday's Absurdities Parade: Parents of School Kids Might Just Save Our Nation
There is a new revolution forming in America, and the mothers and fathers of school children are leading the way.
Out in the Commonwealth of Virginia, Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin is showing the people that elections really do matter. A lot.:

Thus do the communist oafs who run the Loudon County School Board get their heads finally handed to them. Glorious.
But the comeuppance for radical communist school board members was even more gloriously severe out in the People’s Republic of San Francisco. Parents of school children there, overwhelmingly Democrats themselves, had become so fed up with the abuse of their children by the public schools that they led the effort to recall three of the most heinous morons on the board.
The results were epic, to say the least:
Problem solved? Well, not quite. See, now that the communists have been expelled by the voters, the problem now is that their replacements will be appointed by their fellow communist, San Fran Mayor London Breed.
Breed, in response to the recall, gave the following statement to the press:
"In selecting new school board members, we're going to be asking a lot of very hard questions," she said. "We're going to be looking for well-rounded school board members who are focused on the schools. Who are focused on our children and their success. Who are focused on collaboration and working together. Who are focused on wanting to hear from different perspectives, whether they're in agreement with those perspectives or not."
The truth, of course, is that Breed is most likely going to appoint three more fellow communists to the board, and their abuse of the children will continue. The parents and voters in San Francisco have one recourse: The ballot box. If they can maintain their focus and continue to turn out in force on election day, they can effect change the same way the parents and voters in Virginia have done.
In the end, if our country is to be saved, the mothers and fathers of America’s school children will lead the way. What we have seen in Virginia and San Francisco this week is a very good start.

Chris Cuomo, 51, had invited the “young” worker to his office for lunch on the pretext of giving her advice on obtaining full-time employment at the network in 2011, according to the report.
When the woman arrived, there was no food, and the anchor badgered her for sex, the letter sent to CNN lawyers on Dec. 1 reportedly said.
When she declined his advance, he reportedly attacked her, the letter alleged.
Five years later, as #MeToo accusations surrounded news anchors like Charlie Rose and Matt Lauer, Chris Cuomo contacted his accuser to do a flattering piece about her then-employer, according to the article.
His outreach was an attempt to “‘test the waters’ and discourage her from going on the record about his sexual misconduct,” Katz reportedly wrote.
Multiple friends and former co-workers said the accuser had told them Cuomo made unwanted passes at her, according to the paper.
