And there it is: the vote to change the filibuster rules for this legislation fails 52-48

And there it is: Schumer’s Folly is dead, and so is the Democrats’ attempt to institutionalize massive voter fraud into federal law. No one in our utterly corrupt propaganda news media will say it, but the attempt to destroy the filibuster rule failed due to a bipartisan majority of 52 senators who opposed it.

Bipartisan majority. Say it with me: Bipartisan majority.

Here is how the corrupt Democrat hacks at CNN avoided saying it:

Senate Democrats suffer defeat on voting rights after vote to change rules fails

(CNN)Senate Democrats suffered a major defeat Wednesday evening in their efforts to pass voting rights legislation -- a key issue for the party, which is under pressure to take action ahead of the midterm elections just months away.

An attempt by Democrats to change filibuster rules in order to pass a voting bill failed amid opposition from moderate Democratic Sens. Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema. The vote was 52-48, with the two moderates joining all GOP senators. After the vote failed, there was a loud round of applause from Republicans.

[End]

So, here we are at the one-year anniversary of the Democrat/media’s installation of the Sock Puppet into the White House, and here is the status of his radical communist agenda:

Share

- Infrastructure (actually needed): Passed by large bipartisan majorities of both houses;

- COVID relief: Passed by large bipartisan majorities of both houses.

- Packing the Supreme Court: Dead.

- Build Back Better/Green New Deal: Dead.

- Kill the filibuster: Dead.

- Institutionalize massive voter fraud: Dead.

Are we sensing a pattern here yet? This is how “revolutionary” agendas tend to fare when congress is divided on a near 50/50 basis in both houses. In that situation, presidents stupid enough to push radical agendas that have zero support among the opposition party are doomed to become failures.

America has never seen a more disastrous failure in the presidency than Joe Potato Head Biden.

Hilarously, during his disastrous fake “press conference” in which he read pre-prepared answers to pre-designated questions yesterday, the Sock Puppet said he had “overperformed” expectations in this first year. He also said “I have no idea” when asked why most Americans think he is not mentally capable of handling the job of the presidency. That second answer no doubt leads directly to the first one.

That’s a wrap for year one of the Biden quasi-presidency. Only three more years to go.

Hooboy.

That is all.

The sad and scary thing in all this is there are 48 senators who would kill the filibuster in order to federalize election laws. To take away States' rights and rule by tyranny.

Chuck Schumer got exactly what he wanted. He knew this would fail. What he wanted was an excuse for horrible midterm results. Now he can say, "The republicans stole the election" and project on them what the democrats already did.
