I mean, Kamala’s the obvious problem here, not the speech writer, but she keeps firing and hiring those folks, anyway. She’s like a college football coach, always looking for a scapegoat to blame for his 2-10 record.

Harris’s problem is very obvious to anyone who has ever done any professional communications work: She’s lazy. She doesn’t do her homework. She doesn’t put in the time required to properly prepare for any media or public engagement.

I have no idea what it is that she is doing with all her tons of spare time in her useless job, but it damn sure is not doing what she should be doing, which is working on her public persona and her rank incompetence in that area.

The only alternative to the “she’s lazy” hypothesis is the hypothesis that she’s just of too limited intelligence to improve herself. Because, the obvious, plain fact is that she is not improving. She has not improved a lick since being installed as our nation’s nominal vice president.

If she and her lackeys would rather her be considered stupid than lazy, I’m happy to let them have it either way - it’s their choice. But the plain fact is what it is, and no number of new speechwriters can change it.

Let’s move on…
