In case you missed it because the TV media won’t report it, a jury in Montan, North Dakota on Wednesday ordered violent anti-human progress group Greenpeace to pay a whopping $667 million to the developer of the Dakota Access Pipeline, Energy Transfer, for defamation stemming from its organiizing of violent protests of the pipeline in the 2016/2017 time frame:
My response to this is simple:
Yes, indeed it does smell like victory.
Better, Greenpeace says in response to the verdict that it will likely result in the shutting down of the international environmental terrorist group’s U.S. operations. Unless, of course, they can win the case or have the jury award dramatically reduced on appeal.
For now, it’s just another example of pure, glorious WINNING.
