Tuesday's Terrific Absurdities: Slouching Towards Civil War

Let’s start by pointing out that today is the release date for the new book by Victor Davis Hanson, titled, “The End of Everything: How Wars Descend into Annihilation.” In the book, Dr. Hanson relates how the attacks we see today being waged by the political left - including the Biden administration - to corrupt and/or destroy any society’s institutions have historically led to civil war, and how such wars devolve into abject annihilation.

Hanson conducted a timely interview with Megyn Kelly on her podcast yesterday, and the first 20 minutes of it provide a terrific overview of the book. I highly recommend you find time to watch or listen to it and am hoping to find time to prepare a transcript of the discussion later today.
