Activists keep pushing to declare a climate emergency: 

Over the past three years I have found myself increasingly nodding my head in agreement with my conspiracy theorist friends. That is largely because we have observed that it is becoming more frequent that the distance between a conspiracy theory and reality with the Administration is about 90 days.  So, when the social media chatter considerably ramps up about the dire need to declare a “Climate Emergency” I sit up and pay attention.

We have tried to raise the warning about President Biden declaring a climate emergency because the activists the Administration listens to, keep pushing President Biden in that direction. A Presidential Emergency Declaration gives the President nearly 130 different statutory authorities to control all aspects of the economy including energy production, transportation, rationing and communications.
