Wednesday's Absurdity of the Day: DOJ Memo Designed to Intimidate Young Parents
Monday, AG Merrick Garland - the single most hyper-partisan hack to ever hold the position - issued a memo to U.S. attorneys and the FBI urging them to go after parents who speak at school board meetings if they “intimidate” or “harass” or “incite violence” against the school board members.
Citing “increase in harassment, intimidation and threats of violence against school board members, teachers and workers in our nation’s public schools,” the memo would have FBI Special Agents-In-Charge of local offices team up with U.S. attorneys to convent the DOJ’s “local law enforcement partners” to investigate any such instances that take place.
“Threats against public servants are not only illegal, they run counter to our nation’s core values,” wrote Attorney General Garland. “Those who dedicate their time and energy to ensuring that our children receive a proper education in a safe environment deserve to be able to do their work without fear for their safety.”
Huh. If only Jeff Sessions or William Barr would have had the presence of mind to issue such a memo while Senators like Ted Cruz and Rand Paul or public servants in the Trump administration were being regularly harassed, intimidated and violently assaulted from 2017 through 2020. Right? Right.
This is a blatant and unprecedented attempt by the DOJ to publicly intimidate and threaten 30-something soccer moms to stay away from speaking at their local school board meetings against abusive COVID policies or when they find out that their little girl or boy are being indoctrinated with Critical Race Theory or lectured about the joys of pedophilia and anal sex at their elementary schools. That’s what it is, and everybody in Washington, DC knows it.
At a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Tuesday, Missouri Senator Josh Hawley had the opportunity to lambast Deputy AG Lisa Monaco - the likely author of this Nazi-style memo - and did not waste it.

As Hawley notes, this is one of the most despicable, beyond-the-pale actions ever taken by the DOJ. We have 3 years and 3 months more of this stuff to go.
This is a very, very dangerous time for all real Americans, because the fake Americans are completely in charge. This simple fact is, if you truly love this country and the values upon which it was founded, these evil SOBs consider you to be the enemy.

But have concerned parents confront school board members at public meetings about what and how they are teaching their children, which is what the meetings are for, bye the way. These parents who follow the rules are accused of terrorism. In what world is this right?
Americans are in a fight for their freedom. I’m shocked that some appear to not even be aware of it! I can tell you this with certainty, I’d be one of those parents fighting the school board if my children were not grown adults now.
