Wednesday's Woke Absurdities: Whoopi Whoops in it Again

It’s hard to even understand what goes through the mind of Whoopi Goldberg, a Black woman whose entire career has been based on the cultural appropriation of her fake name. For those still unaware, the bad comic turned idiotic political commentator on The View’s real name is Caryn Elaine Johnson. She just stole the “Goldberg” moniker to convey the image of being the oddity of a Jewish black woman, obviously thinking it would make her stand out among the crowd of struggling comics during the 1970s when she started her career.

And it worked. The name not only conveyed Jewishness, but also the image of a person who is innately fun and funny, even though she has really never been very funny at all in any true sense.. You know, Whoopi! Let’s laugh! Let’s party! Whoopi! No doubt Whoopi the fake Jewish black woman obtained gobs more gigs than Caryn Elaine Johnson could have ever hoped to get.
