Why Comer Must Subpoena Joe Biden

The investigation being conducted by the House Oversight Committee, led by Chairman James Comer, into the Biden autopen scandal is without doubt the most important congressional investigation of the second Trump presidency. The most important next step this investigation can take will be to issue a subpoena ordering Joe Biden himself to testify under oath about whether or not he was aware of all the bills, executive orders and pardons being signed with that autopen by members of his senior staff.

All available evidence indicates he was not aware of most of what was being done in his name. If that is the case, then a large percentage of the actions taken by his administration would be null and void.

And here’s the thing: If we assume the recently announced diagnosis of Biden having a fatal form of prostate cancer is true - a dangerous assumption given the Biden crime family’s long, sordid history of lying for political advantage - then we must assume Old Joe is not long for this earth. So, time is running short here, and while it may be a harsh solution, the nation needs to know the truth.
