Merrick Garland’s utterly corrupt Department of Justice got caught trying to give Hunter Biden an unprecedented sweetheart deal by a federal judge who refused to become part of the scam earlier this year, and so had to regroup. Garland and his evil minions had two choices: Behind Door No. 1 lay the option of punting the case entirely under some false pretense that no one would believe; Behind Door No. 2 lay the option of convening a grand jury to bring real charges against a clear felon.
