With ALL the consumer batteries that are thrown away, Lithium AA's and tool battery's and so many other lithium batteries. Why don't we have a recycling system set up to reuse the lithium in them? Not to mention computer laptop batteries and cell phone batteries. How much are we literally throwing away, and there is this 'crisis' ?
