Interesting, but I'd be interested in which decisions in particular this guy is rankled about. Maybe it should be obvious, but it isn't to me.

I totally agree with Sean Davis. The SCOTUS continues to shoot themselves in the foot. They forget their role is one of advisement. Judges, of any level, cannot tell the Executive branch what to do. All the courts seem to have forgotten their place in scheme of things. Back in your lanes, judges.

And what about all these Federal Judges trying to over rule our President. Since when should a judge in California or New York or DC or anywhere run our country . This practice must be stopped. It will ruin our government system of checks and balances. Like some

judge from one state can decide something that affects the entire nation😡

Exactly. Then what is a president for? He's supposed to be the Chief Executive. If he can be overruled by lower courts then they're the Chief Executives, not POTUS.
