Re: Pronouns -- In my opinion asking my pronouns or telling me yours is a form of sexual harassment. I don't care what gender everyone is and don't want to think about it. Forcing it on me sexualizes the conversation and creates an uncomfortable environment.
Re: "Hispanic" -- There was an article by N. S. Lyons on "theupheaval" substack titled, "The Foundation of American Folly" in which the author discusses (amongst many other things) how the Ford Foundation artificially created the concept of a homogenous hispanic group and "persuaded" them to be politically active separately from being involved in politics on a per individual basis.
