This is going to go nowhere. His office already offered a sweetheart deal as you stated. I have zero confidence this will end any other way besides the report coming out that Joe had nothing to do with anything and that was the point of the appointment.

Pray im wrong. But corruption begets corruption with the Bidens and Garland should already be impeached himself so nothing qualifies as redeeming.

Yes, a cynic might say it will be extremely simple for this "special counsel" to just string this thing out through the end of Biden's term in office and well into a second term if need be, when the thing could be disbanded due to "lack of evidence" at a convenient point in time.

Call me a cynic.
